. Dumbell Squats 22.5/15
. Bar Facing Burpees
B) Into (not 18.2a) but 5min to Find 1RM Clean & Jerk
C) Core Conditioning-3 Rounds
. 10 Toes to Bars
. 10 Hollow Rocks
. 10 Dynamic Side Planks E/S 16/12

 

Gymnastics

  • A)5 x Max Effort Handstand Push Ups with a gate run for recovery.
  • B)EMOM 10min T2B you choose the volume to be consistently repeated
  • C)Conditioning – 15min AMRAP
  • 20 Cals on Rower/Assault Bike
  • 20 KB Swings 32/24
  • 20 GHD Sit Ups
