CrossFit Conditioning's Gymnastics Skills courses have been designed to give athletes the tools they need to progress their training to the next level. Delivered over 2 x 3 hour courses, these sessions provide practical exercises and drills to help beginner and intermediate level CrossFitters master the most commonly used gymnastics movements:
- Handstands (and variations such as HSPU, HS Walking)
- Muscle-Up Variations
- Rebounding and Jumping
- Kipping, Butterflying
- Rope Climbing
- Core Body Control

- Handstands and Handstand Push-Ups
- Kipping
- Toes To Bar
- Butterfly/Kipping Pull-Ups/Chest2Bar
- Bar Muscle-Ups
