Class Descriptions

CrossFit

Promoted as both a physical exercise philosophy and also as a competitive fitness sport, CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman and other exercises.

 

Skills Sessions

Skills sessions are an opportunity to go through any skills or movements you might be struggling with. There is no WOD or time element to these sessions. This means that all movements can be focused on while fresh, which in turn will create the correct movement patterns for the respective exercises. Whether you are a new crossfitter or competing in comps the Skills Sessions are a must to help you stay injury free and at the top of your game!

Visitors from another Facility / Box:

Great! You are more than welcome to workout with us, all we ask is that prior to participating in the WOD you must show the Crossfit Coach that you are competent in the "Crossfit Fundamental Movements" for that WOD.

 

 

Important Notice:

All participants must have completed a "CrossFit Fundamentals Program" at Crossfit Conditioning or another CrossFit facility/box before commencing any WOD's conducted at Crossfit Conditioning. If you are joining the CrossFit Conditioning Team on a permanent basis from another Crossfit Box you will be required to complete a "CrossFit Fundamentals Re-Evaluation" with one of our Coaches.
