2018 Allstars Teams WOD

A) 7min As Far As Possible: (FFF/MMM) 7 Burpees box Jump Overs 24/20, 7 Thrusters 40/25
. 7 Burpees box Jump Overs 24/20 then 7 Thrusters 40/25
. Females Start, P1 Completes 7 Burpee Box Jumps, then moves onto 7 Thrusters, P2 may start when P1 moves on from the Burpees, repeat for P3. P1 must wait until P3 finishes their round.
B) 18min Time Cap: (MMM/FFF)
. 60/40 Calorie Row
. 60 DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
. 50 Synchronised T2B or 2 to 1 Knees to Tucks
. 60 DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
. 60/40 Calorie Row
. Males Start, P1 Row, P2 DB Snatch, P3 Front Rack Hold 60/40, EMOM Atheletes must rotate until Reps are completed, Once completed they move to T2B 2 work and 1 rests, once completed repeat Row, Snatch & Rack again. When finished the females start

What is a "WOD"?

WOD simply means 'Workout Of The Day'. All training offered by CrossFit Conditioning is performed in a group setting, at a pre-determined time. Each group training class offered on a particular day conducts the same workout of the day, or “WOD”. The WOD changes each day offering CFC members an enourmous amount of variety over the Year.
