Team Throwdown

Want to improve your teams overall fitness to become top of the league?
Want to get sweaty whilst having a laugh?
You’re in luck! We’re offering local sports teams like yours an exclusive free training session with one of our experienced coaches.
What’s included?
A fun, team bonding 60-minute session, tailored to your sport that includes a warm-up, cool down and a workout for all levels.
There are two different types of classes we can run:
Team Throwdown
A 30-40 min workout completed in pairs or teams, suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Using a variety of equipment and movements tailored to your preferences.
Skills Workshop
A more technique focused session on your choice of:
Olympic Lifting (e.g. Cleans)
Barbell Lifting (e.g. Squats or Deadlifts); or
Gymnastic Foundations
This class finishes with a 10–15-minute “sweaty” workout.
We’re more than happy to discuss any specific preferences on how you would like the session to run beforehand.
Our prerequisites:
For the free session to run, we would require:
a minimum of 8 participants
All participants must complete a Pre-exercise waiver here: (link)
We Do not require:
Any participants to be Freshstart or CFC members.
Any payment (this first session is completely on us*)
For participants to be experienced in a gym environment - all levels, ages and backgrounds are welcome. We can scale workouts accordingly.
*This would be a one-off free taster session for your team. If it is something you enjoy, and look to set-up on a more regular basis, we would be happy to discuss payment options.

Mon or Tues at 6.15pm
Saturday at 9.15pm (Creche & Wholesome Kitchen post-brekkie available at an extra cost at this time)
