CrossFit 8-Week Kick Start Program

Our exclusive program, introducing the fundamentals of crossfit.

Our 8-week program is for anyone who:

  • is new to CrossFit and would like to gain new skills;

  • those that have been out of CrossFit for some time due to injury, pregnancy or other circumstance;

  • experienced Crossfitters looking to discover a new CrossFit community.

    During the program you will:

  • Develop and improve new skills inc. gymnastics and Olympic lifting;

  • Be supported to set measurable health & fitness goals ;

  • Meet our awesome community of members and coaches;

  • Increase your health & fitness knowledge inc. Nutrition & recovery.

What’s Included in my 8-week Program?

 
 

8-weeks Unlimited classes

You’ll have access to our full class timetable throughout your program, allowing you to experience our awesome box and community.

We run Classes at; 5:15, 6:15, 7:15 and 9:15 in the mornings and 4:15 and 5:15 in the afternoons.

Fundamental Classes

Throughout the 8-weeks you’ll take part in 3 fundamental classes. Each class will cover a different fundamental area of CrossFit.

Classes include: Snatches, Gymnastics, Cardio, Cleans, Jerks and more!

Your Coach will contact you each week to keep you accountable and booked in for these classes for a time that works for you.

 

 

Sugar WOD App

All our members have access to the Sugar WOD training app. On the app you will have access to, and record and track. results for our daily workouts.

You’ll also have access to 100+ CrossFit Benchmark workouts.

InBody Scans

You’ll get a body composition scan, using the latest InBody technology at the start and end of the 8-week program. This will give you a clear view of your body composition make-up.

This is important in terms of setting health goals and seeing any adaptions that you may need to make in your Nutrition or Training.

 

 

Physio Movement Assessment

As part of your program you will have a free Movement Assessment at Beach Life Physio located in Pittwater Sports Centre.

This will allow us to see any joint, mobility issues or injuries that we can support you with. There also may be additional mobility classes or movements you may need to add to your training.
