Strength & Conditioning is the daily workout for those wanting Strength & Conditioning training. This will always include part A which will be a strength component and then a part B (and sometimes C!) which will include the conditioning piece
Gymnastics is the daily workout for those wanting to focus on their gymnastics and will have a part A, B and C
Olympic Lifting is the daily workout for those wanting to focus on their weight lifting and will have a part A, B and C
